“Though we cut the venue almost in a half this weekend seminar in Novosibirsk, Russia June 25-27 was a really big event for Siberian leaders. The atmosphere of the seminar was charged with lots of energy, the venue looked crowded, people were dancing during the breaks. The charisma and natural charm of invited speakers from Poland – Mira and Les Hetnal – impressed everyone there. Rigid Siberian hearts were melted by Mira’s stories, and souls filled with laughter when Les was speaking. New emeralds who were recognized on this seminar were so bright and unforgettable. Rostov WES just finished but its excitement and atmosphere will continue working for a long while after that. The special guests of the seminar Diamonds from South Africa Martin and Tracy Hutchins impressed everyone in the venue with their energy, passion and experience to say nothing about the surprise during their Saturday evening speech when they didn’t show up on stage but suddenly started speaking from the very last row among the audience. The invited guest from Ukraine, Diamond Vladimir Samokhin shook everybody’s mind with his unique angle on understanding leadership and development. All the local leaders created a praiseworthy frame for the seminar with their speeches. The whole venue was filled with the warmest feelings and expectations for knowledge and excitement which was supported by some nice and enetrtaining surprises from Network TwentyOne!

It was a very nice event held in St. Petersburg June 4-6 , with wonderful speakers and warm atmosphere. Leaders were very friendly and full of energy. This was contributed by the guest Diamonds from Poland – Mira and Les Hetnal. Their sparking humour made people in the venue laugh and get positive feeling. Those in the venue held their breath listening to their story full of wisdom and experience. A very unique trimming of the seminar was the ballet show on a saturday night- 6 little girls aged 7-9, professional dancers though, were so unbelievably charming in their beautiful costumes. All were fascinated with their dance and everyboday said that this was one of the best memories  of Saint Petersburg weekend seminar.

“The southern part of Russia and especially Rostov-on-Don region are such great places for building Amway business that one venue is often not enough to welcome all WES attendees. There were two Weekend seminars held simultaneously at Sports hall and Vertol Expo that were fully packed. Vertol event was marked with the new layout where the stage was built in the center. It might seem challenging for speakers and MCs but our professional leaders did a great job embracing all the audience.

One venue can no longer fit all the AIEs in the south that are eager to learn more, to feel more, to experience more.

The guest speaker Crown Ambassadors Irina and Taras Demkura were heartily welcomed in both venues. Irina and Taras were much waited speakers whose knowledge and feelings woke up so many new-comers that people wouldn’t leave the venue when the seminar was over. Lots of leaders from Russia and Ukraine came to the seminar to learn and to share their experience, to edify Amway and Network 21 and give people hope. Taras’s speech on Friday night at Vertol was so exciting and touching that people stood clapping for 15 minutes ! That was awesome!”

“This WES was very unique in terms of atmosphere and coloring. Kazan being the capital of Tatarstan region of Russia has very bright and unique culture, with colorful national dresses. It has reflected on the seminar- speakers put on national hats, wraps, made national tatar music their intros. That was really so much fun! Audience was cheered up, celebrating this event. Though the venue is not big it was full. Marek and Izabella Bujwicki- the invited speakers – contributed to this celebration by the Hawaiian intro song on Saturday night, which was so beautiful and memorable”

One of the striking points of the seminar was the stage design. Saying that is was beautiful means saying nothing. Though it was heavily snowing outside and weather left much to be desired, inside the venue we had blossoming spring! Lots of leaders including Founders Crown Ambassador speakers Vera and Alexey were heard to say that it was perhaps one of the best designs of Network TwentyOne Russia ever! The venue was full and we could feel positive atmosphere and see cheerful smiles on faces.In addition, many positive  remarks were coming out of first time visitors.
