They managed to be on top of a WES and everyone could understand that it was place to be.
A strong woman with a heart of a leader and the squareness and the experience of a Triple Diamond managed as it was predictable, to affect everyone!!! Five valuable speeches from Angie teaching Simpleness, Unity, Teamwork, Leadership and Success and Carl being straight with his feelings about his daughters and Angie, showing that he is hard worker and supportive by living next to a such a successful woman. His story  was enthusiastically received by the fathers of the audience. Cal gave the idea of how a business can be build higher if a couple is balanced.

The Anti-crisis WES!

“An amazing WES took place in Athens with fantastic moments, wonderful atmosphere along with the right conclusions that gave a strong push to all our ABO’s to the direction of new decade!

Our guest speakers Ray & Karla Keller did a perfect job. They were amazing on stage sharing their experience and we all admired their great attitude!
“Crazy Beginnings” made all the audience Go Crazy !!!! They fired up everyone in the venue and after long time we saw ALL the people standing up many times and applauded them… also when local speakers were speaking and when the new recognitions took place.

Our local Hellenic speakers did an excellent work making speeches that the market needed now and by having a smoothly flow from one topic to the next one. High lights the speech of Vangelis Stravoudakis on Saturday night and Elena Haroni sharing her personal success story and making a super promotion of “20 Vip challenge & Year of Ex. Platinum, with such an enthusiastic way.

Another highlight was the new Amway Hellas manager who presented a completely new and optimistic perspective of the business!

This time we had a great scenery that we created using previous ones (economy wise) It was a big globe in the back of the stage and the logo of N21 in the middle as a scene décor plus 3 big screens. Although we were watching a tight budget, the final whole picture with the lights was amazing!!!

For second time in the same year we’ve updated the music with new hits and adjusted the type of music during breaks. There was a fantastic – fresh atmosphere and ABO’s were dancing from time to time between sessions.

If we could give a name to the WES we would say is was an “Anti-crisis” WES!”

“Hi from a “hot summer” WES !

We had one of the hottest WESs in Thessaloniki with all the Cox family on stage. “Fresh & Juicy” it worked like an antidote to the low psychology we are facing over the last months in Hellas. Everything went well and the message from Peter & Debbie and the local leadership was that ‘we have the solution for the financial crisis, and we have it now! ‘

As a general feeling was that the “next generation” duplicating the parents creates high emotional shake to ABO’s as they see live and it’s proven that this business is for a life time.

We hope that this WES inspired and empowered our leaders, they’ll have a lot of energy to work during the summer and bring good results in November WES!

“Hi from sunny spring Athens!

We just had our first Weekend Seminar of 2010 which took place in the Olympic stadium in one of the beautiful suburbs of Athens.

Powerful speakers like Bob & Terry Andrews and  “next generation” Cale & Aura Andrews made the difference for our market!!! They were exquisite.

They were such a balance of  well established experience and  vibrant energetic youth along with attitude. A perfect combination!

Hellenic Market just needed them!!! Even the weather came to add to a warm spring flourish enthusiastic environment that developed at this WES.

The message was “ THE economy has nothing to do with YOUR economy” and it was more welcomed than ever for our leaders.

In addition, we had the best ever speech from Amway representative Ms Manolia Mavrakis.

With all these, new people left having clear in their minds that right now the best opportunity and solution is Amway business with Network TwentyOne support and training.

The event run so smoothly, the team worked perfectly together, we had one of the best stage designs ever and the atmosphere was warm and encouraging.

Greek leaders did their part serving as speakers, MC’s and translators and by the end of the event there was a feeling that we need to stick together in order to move on.

On to the summer and our next WES!!!”

“Our Fall WES took place in Athens, November 14-15

We had a fired up audience with our guest speaker from South Africa, Executive Diamond Sean Henderson. Sessions ran smoothly with lots of enthusiasm, by local speakers doing fine tuned speeches and Sean building trust, security and simplicity in his approach for the business. Sean shared his experience, passing the message “it’s simple just don’t put yourself as an obstacle to your growth”, great promotion of next WES with Andrews family, all worked to build the dream.

Sunday was fantastic as well! Our seminar started with a special talk from Allan Pease, the “guru of body language” who had a great impact with the audience. Sean Henderson did an amazingly strong speech using the theme of bicycle riders. It was an impressive and emotional speech.

Sean brought outfits of cyclists and the bicycle he used was given from a bicycle champion who won the gold medal in games that morning! What a nice sign for the market that winning attitude leads to success eventually. Everything that happens has a reason!!”
