“To fully realize how huge Russia is, you need to travel to Khabarovsk city in the Far East which lies on the China border and is washed by the Amur river. That’s where another fantastic N21 WES took place with wonderful guest speaker Elena Nemtsova, Diamond from Moscow. Local leaders were fired up with highly motivational and touching speeches that Elena gave. They sent heartfelt thanks to her because there were people in the venue who joined the business following her family’s example.”

“We had a wonderful WES in Ekaterinburg Russia on March 5-7 which was marked with warm atmosphere and strong education from many local Leaders and invited speakers. For sure it will help to strengthen the ABOs’ business and pull the Team together. Our speakers – fantastic Diamonds Tatyana and Vitaly Boiko from Ukraine and Margarita and Dmitrij Lysenko from Russia- captured the audience with their charisma and personal example of commitment to the business and Network TwentyOne. It was a great start of spring WES surge in Ural region!”

“Our WES in Moscow on 5-7 of March was the most successful beginning of spring surge ever possible. Gathered were thousands of people including 600 Platinums and above, 90 (!!!) Emeralds and 30 Diamonds and above from Russia and Ukraine which made Saturday parade look like a real treasure box of leadership.

Guest speaker Crowns from Ukraine, Igor and Valeria Kharatin once again proved that they are outstanding speakers with deep experience and powerful emotional impact and can reach both people’s hearts and minds. Local leaders created a worthy frame for guest speakers sharing their knowledge and feelings with the audience.

General manager of Amway Russia, Richard Stevens made his speech on the first day of event and shared his vision on Company strategies for the future.

This WES was also the first event where new professional Amway exhibition appeared and it attracted crowds of people. This exhibition worked for all three days of the event marking one of many new initiatives between Network TwentyOne and Amway cooperation in Russia! Way to go!!!”

The first Weeend Seminar in 2010 was in a beautiful, modern, brand new venue in Veszprém, Hungary. For the first time in Hungary the two Leaders Meetings on Friday followed each other…. after the two meetings the Leaders were more than ready for the start of the main session and the audience totally fired up.

At the ELC meeting great inspiration were given by EDCs Andrea Wolf and Imre Serdült and our fantastic Guest Speaker gave an oustanding momentum to the Hungarian Leadership.

The guest speaker and the local speakers created such a unique athmosphere at the General Sessions that the participants left the seminar with a fabolous inspirtion and momentum…. “

OK, I picked this one because I think the Blue Men are kinda cool (and a little creepy) just like me.

“Hey N21Guy, Here’s one HOT National Convention report.The event was held on 21.2.2010 & venue was the famous auditorium in Mumbai, India i.e Shanmukhanand Hall.

The program started with the L.C+ meeting at sharp 9.00 am and the speaker was non other than the phenomenal Mr.Ali Ghanadan all the way from Phillipines.

Oh what an awesome learning experience it was directly from the horses mouth. Some of the quotes from his teachings which hit me were:

• ” Biggest enemy of this biz is DOUBT”
• “Untill you change your thinking you cant change your biz”
• “Never teach untill the person is ready to listen”
• “People follow the person who is going somewhere”

The general session was ushered in by Indian greats and my favourites Prem & Geeta Pillay and what a session it was from them ” Terrific” .The one thought that hit me was “The most important asset which we possess is “OUR MIND” which is loaded with outdated software & hence the SUCCESS which we desire does not come to us” whereas this biz offers us a chance to change the old software with new one.One which is filled with HOPE & WE CAN SUCCEED ATTITUDE” wow!superb!

This was followed by recognitions which included L.C’s,E.L.C’s,Silvers,Gold’s and Platinum’s.

Followed by Mr Ali’s General session teachings which were filled with humour sandwiched in between which was followed by a presentation and report from Amway CEO & MD,Mr Bill Pinckney who gave facts about the growth of AIE despite the recession with a growth of more than 25% in India was really inspiring.

The session was finally concluded with some more teaching by Mr Ali which included the formula for success i.e SUCCESS = DESIRE * WORK * VEHICLE and a thought ‘Be fanatic about achieving your DREAMS’ “
