We often hear so much about the material rewards of success … and the Amway business has certainly delivered such rewards to many. But the leadership of Network TwentyOne proves time and time again that success can enable one to do so much more than simply acquire things. That’s where we pick up the story of some Network TwentyOne affiliated Russian AIEs as reported by Network TwentyOne Russia’s Country Manager – Olga Gorshkova.
“Last Sunday, on August 22nd, a young Diamond couple – Anton and Avetlana Karatusha – and all their friends and business partners from Samara and Togliatti (100 km far from Samara), including their upline – Founder Crown Ambassador Vera Archipova – and many other Diamonds and Above: Ognen Yankovich, Anatolyj and Valentina Telepajlo, Marina and Yuri Makolovy, Elena and Adrey Pogorelovy – were hosting their annual Nutrilite Football (Soccer) match.
The weather was sunny with a cold wind, but it didn’t prevent active Amway AIEs from these two nice Volga cities from gathering together and proving that Amway and N21 teach people not only how to earn money, but how to give it to charity as well.
Then there were special invited guests – kids from a special boarding school with limited physical abilities. At the end of the football match that consisted of 3 games with 5 teams, there was a special competition for these kids organized by some of AIEs. No need to say how much the hearts of all present were touched by this. At the end, all special guests (8 kids) got the gifts from Amway Company and the AIEs. It was a great event, a nice example of motivation, encouragement, team-building, sport spirit and charity notion present in this business!
Both I and the Amway Volga region Development Manager were invited and were present at this event, demonstrating once again the cooperation of 2 global corporate powerhouses in this region!”

“Wow…what a fantastic event we just experienced at Go Diamond Asia Pacific, Pattaya Thailand! Thousands of N21 Leaders at the 21% level & above from Brunei, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam etc! Both Jim & Nancy Dornan shared their wisdom & hearts on stage, as well as other Diamonds & above.
The stage was overflowing & filled many times, with NEW Platinums, Sapphires, Emeralds, Diamonds (all countries represented) – all with different backgrounds, ages & professions, many with heartfelt stories of overcoming & now the celebration of their achievement!
Equal opportunity for anyone who has a desire to succeed! We are so grateful we have this amazing business & Network 21 Global System, regardless of our circumstances, we can do it, that was certainly brought home in Pattaya!
We also shared some special time over dinner with Jim & Nancy, it just so happened it was Carl’s Birthday that night, another lovely memory!
I had great intentions of individually writing everyone back as I felt you each so deserved that. You have touched my heart with your words. The timing of all these “Congrats” email messages has been perfect since Dave was in California at our Summer Conference and I was home unable to go due to the pregnancy. How strange to miss my first weekend seminar as a diamond! I have felt so loved and applauded these last weeks as the email messages continued to come in. As they continued, I realized I wasn’t going to be able to reply to everyone individually. We are so thrilled to have stayed the course and have Diamond done. Yay!!!
Thank you so much for taking the time to write us. Please know you all as our Network 21 family have been our motivation, encouragement and the driving force in why we wanted to build it. We so wanted to earn your respect and prove we could and would. I couldn’t be more proud of Dave as I have daily watched him along the journey. As impressive as he may seem from CDs let me confirm he has more than impressed me with his work ethic, values, love and handling of people. He is a natural at this business, but even he didn’t start there. I couldn’t respect him more as I daily watched his decisions and focus. There were many days that we so needed your stories, CDs, and encouragement.
Thank you to all of you that have played a role in helping us get where we are. I look forward to meeting so many of you that we have yet to meet. We look forward to more travel in the future.

“Both summer Weekend Seminars (June 11- and June 18-20) took place in Kiev’s biggest venue of Ukraine – Sport Palace, where we are so comfortable. Immediately after our events Sport Palace started a wide reconstruction… we hope after the reconstruction it will fit even better to N21 high standards
There are so many great pictures were taken during the event that we wish we could share all of it with you. What a great emotion imprinted there: roar of laughter or maximum concentration in the audience, unforgettable dancing on Saturday evening, concern and studying at the Emerald and Diamond area.

“Hi from a “hot summer” WES !
We had one of the hottest WESs in Thessaloniki with all the Cox family on stage. “Fresh & Juicy” it worked like an antidote to the low psychology we are facing over the last months in Hellas. Everything went well and the message from Peter & Debbie and the local leadership was that ‘we have the solution for the financial crisis, and we have it now! ‘
As a general feeling was that the “next generation” duplicating the parents creates high emotional shake to ABO’s as they see live and it’s proven that this business is for a life time.
We hope that this WES inspired and empowered our leaders, they’ll have a lot of energy to work during the summer and bring good results in November WES!

“It was a great event again! Double Diamonds Amgad & Melissa Ghabrial were the chief speakers, and they shared their experineces and stories with Turkish ABOs in Istanbul on July 02-04. The attendees felt lucky to listen the great leaders on the stage, and to applaud the successful ABOs and also to share the inspration at the venue, while most of the Turkish people enjoying to spend sunny weekend at the beaches”

“Though we cut the venue almost in a half this weekend seminar in Novosibirsk, Russia June 25-27 was a really big event for Siberian leaders. The atmosphere of the seminar was charged with lots of energy, the venue looked crowded, people were dancing during the breaks. The charisma and natural charm of invited speakers from Poland – Mira and Les Hetnal – impressed everyone there. Rigid Siberian hearts were melted by Mira’s stories, and souls filled with laughter when Les was speaking. New emeralds who were recognized on this seminar were so bright and unforgettable. They thanked their leaders, speakers and Network 21 for making such a celebration for them.”

“Moscow WES on 25-27 of June was a great ending to a long surge of Russian WESs this summer. It gathered groups of two large regions that didn’t come together for some time. Special guest of the seminar Amgad Ghabrial from Australia shared his vision of this business supported by his long years of experience and “bullet-proof” trust of the N21 system. The seminar was also attended by a great number of local Platinums, Emeralds and Diamonds and above including such great leaders and speakers as Marek Bujwicki, Valeria Kharatin, Vera Arkhipova and Alexey Mautanov, they all did a great job of keeping the best atmosphere in spite of the unbearably hot and stuffy weather in Moscow. The seminar was a combination of learning and having good time in the best possible company of friends and closest ones”

“These two weeks were marked with 2 wonderful WES seminars in Ekaterinburg on June 11-13 and on June, 18-20. The venue was fully packed both times and you could feel strong energy in the air… the crowd felt unified as one large team. People were fired up with highly motivational and touching speeches that our guest speakers Triple Diamond from New Zealand Tony Henderson and Diamond from Ukraine Marianna Sherbak gave. And to cap it off the seminar was marked with the amazing recognition of brand new Emeralds Tatyana and Egor Biryukovy.”
