“Hey N21Guy, Here’s one HOT National Convention report.The event was held on 21.2.2010 & venue was the famous auditorium in Mumbai, India i.e Shanmukhanand Hall.
The program started with the L.C+ meeting at sharp 9.00 am and the speaker was non other than the phenomenal Mr.Ali Ghanadan all the way from Phillipines.
Oh what an awesome learning experience it was directly from the horses mouth. Some of the quotes from his teachings which hit me were:
- ” Biggest enemy of this biz is DOUBT”
- “Untill you change your thinking you cant change your biz”
- “Never teach untill the person is ready to listen”
- “People follow the person who is going somewhere”
The general session was ushered in by Indian greats and my favourites Prem & Geeta Pillay and what a session it was from them ” Terrific” .The one thought that hit me was “The most important asset which we possess is “OUR MIND” which is loaded with outdated software & hence the SUCCESS which we desire does not come to us” whereas this biz offers us a chance to change the old software with new one.One which is filled with HOPE & WE CAN SUCCEED ATTITUDE” wow!superb!
This was followed by recognitions which included L.C’s,E.L.C’s,Silvers,Gold’s and Platinum’s.
Followed by Mr Ali’s General session teachings which were filled with humour sandwiched in between which was followed by a presentation and report from Amway CEO & MD,Mr Bill Pinckney who gave facts about the growth of AIE despite the recession with a growth of more than 25% in India was really inspiring.
The session was finally concluded with some more teaching by Mr Ali which included the formula for success i.e SUCCESS = DESIRE * WORK * VEHICLE and a thought ‘Be fanatic about achieving your DREAMS’ “
It was really a classy WES/Convention. With Ali Ghanandon at his best. In one of pictures in this ireport, you would see all Exe Platinums and above upto Founders Diamond with Ali. Diamond Direct Ali Ghanadon and Founders Diamond Prem & Geeta Pillai were just awesome.
